1. Acceptance of Terms

To reserve a lakefront lot, a deposit of $10,000 is required. This deposit secures your priority access to a limited number of lots and applies toward your purchase price upon closing. All deposits are held in trust.

2. Short-Term Rental Program

Our hands-free rental program is optional but recommended for investors. We do not guarantee rental income or occupancy levels.

3. Changes, Delays & Cancellation

We reserve the right to modify lot availability, pricing, timelines, and included features prior to PSA signing. In the event of delays due to construction, supply chain, or municipal approvals, we will notify buyers and adjust timelines accordingly.
